Not necessarily. Our Quality Assurance and Geospatial services are designed to work alongside your current setup — we assess what data and systems you already have and build from there. For the Vendor Advisory engagement, the primary requirement is clear decision-making authority within your team, not technical expertise.

Pricing is fixed per engagement: RM 800 for Vendor Advisory, RM 3,300 for AI Quality Assurance, and RM 4,200 for the Geospatial Platform. Each price covers all consulting hours, deliverables, and knowledge transfer sessions within the defined scope. Additional phases or scope extensions are discussed transparently before any work begins.

We sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement at the start of every engagement. Data shared with us for model training or analysis is used solely for the purpose stated and is not retained beyond the project unless explicitly agreed. We are happy to discuss specific data handling arrangements before you commit.
